Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline from any UGC approved recognized university/ Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation, manage, follow-up and monitor progress of project interventions at the field level as front-line staff
∎ Closely follow up to ensure strong community engagement and stakeholder mobilization and collective actions
∎ Assist in organizing meetings, training, workshops and different events at the field level according to annual targets
∎ Provide support to the technical team in conducting research, developing knowledge products, monitoring and evaluation etc. other activities of the project
∎ Assist team and act as key person in waste collection drive, managing the collaboration-hub, community and youth groups at Rohingya refugee camp level
∎ Network and liaison with Camp-in-charge, Site management, WASH actors, and other relevant Stakeholders for ensuring coordinated service delivery
∎ Ensure all of the project information are collected, analyzed and disseminated through clear support from you.
∎ Follow up field level implementation, monitor progress of the project and ensure smooth field delivery of the activities
∎ Assist in conducting different special events, e.g., behavior change intervention, campaigns, capacity building workshops, and other events
∎ Work with internal and external stakeholders for business plan implementation and market linkage for the recycling market
∎ Assist in preparing good case stories, blogs etc as per project or programme need
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale and complex projects
∎ Current national and global development trends related to circular economy, community vulnerability and urban development
∎ Competence in analyzing the social inclusion and gender dynamics within urban set-up
∎ Community organizing and social mobilization
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, organization and negotiation skills
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting
∎ Strong analytical skills, be gender sensitive, and possess a proven track record of working successfully in a variety of cultural contexts
∎ Awareness of political processes and protocols
∎ Leadership and people management; Strategic thinking; Decision making and problem solving
