Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Master’s degree from a reputed University or College in any discipline preferably in Project Management, Social Science, Development studies or relevant subject;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Report to: Project Manager
∎ Accountability: Be directly accountable to PM (Project Manager) and other nominated person for all duties and responsibilities.
∎ The Project Officer under Humanitarian Assistance for Rohingya and Host Community, will provide technical support to the implementation of overall project activities. The PO will lead the project team and ensure the overall interventions are technically sound, take into accounts best practices, and are appropriately meeting the needs of target beneficiaries e.g. People With Disabilities, women, girls and men in the targeted working area.
∎ Employment Status:
∎ Contractual initially for one 5 months, may be extended depends on project extension

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for coordinating project staffs and implementation of project activity in the community level.
∎ Assist to IP, ITT, report(s) etc.
∎ Support implementation of project strategy activities across all sectors
∎ Provide technical leadership in HARHC programming, supporting and empowering Community and PHALS staff to creative, effective and comprehensive programming.
∎ Provide technical support on design of service and activities of the project and support PHALS staff and partner organizations through trainings and monitoring.
∎ Build capacity of project staff and partner organizations and work closely with MEAL to ensure reliable M&E systems, better data management, and ethical Community data collection and information management.
∎ Provide technical support to ensure program quality inclusive of regular technical monitoring of Project execution.
∎ Regularly attend NGO Coordination cluster meetings/relevant meetings at appropriate levels to feed into PHALS priorities in the field.
∎ Ensure field concerns are brought to relevant stakeholders to push for standard and procedures that systemize creating Localization, creating Social cohesion in the working area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experience in National or International Organization.
∎ Efficiency in Chittagonian dialect is highly appreciated
∎ Highly preferred female candidates
∎ Competencies and personal skills:
∎ Good understanding on project management.
∎ Knowledge on Humanitarian Response
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write reports, project concept paper and design documents of the project.
∎ Evaluation and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Communication skill both English and Bangle.
∎ Deep knowledge in disability inclusion, GBV/protection and Livelihood sector.
∎ Decision making and conflict resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Ability to work under stressful condition and adaptive to local culture and situation
