Job Purpose: The Senior Manager, Enterprise Incubation is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end incubation process for new BRAC enterprises- from idea generation and design thinking to validation, piloting, and early-stage scaling. The role supports disciplined experimentation, evidence-based decision-making, and development of viable enterprise models aligned with BRAC’s mission and social impact goals.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Incubation Leadership:
Manage the full incubation pipeline: idea generation, design thinking, validation, piloting, and early-stage scale.
Facilitate design thinking sessions, opportunity mapping and users’ insight understanding.
Lead development of incubation hypotheses, learning agendas, and experiment models.
Opportunity Scanning & Idea Prioritization:
Continuously scan internal and external ecosystems for ideas aligned with BRAC’s mission.
Conduct market analysis, feasibility assessments and value chain mapping.
Prioritize ideas based on mission alignment, impact potential, financial viability & strategic fit
Experimentation & Evidence-Based Decision-Making:
Lead disciplined experimentation, prototyping and structured learning cycles.
Facilitate go/no-go decision-making at key incubation gates.
Ensure clear documentation of learning, insights, and decisions at each incubation stage
Value Chain & Partnership Development:
Identify and engage ecosystem partners needed across the value chain.
Support management of partnerships critical to incubation success.
Evaluate sustainable value chain strategies based on evidence and experimentation
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with Finance, Communications, Operations and other support teams to ensure alignment and operational readiness of new enterprises.

Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
