• Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline from a reputed Institution

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in community mobilization and NGO project management and undertake extensive field visit.

• Preference may be given to candidates with field-level experience in the Multiple Micronutrient Supplement (MMS) initiative

• Maximum 45 years’ age but may be relaxed for deserving candidates

• Good business sense, hardworking and ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication skills both in English and Bangla

• Excellent knowledge on MS Office application suite

• Possess leadership qualities, a team player with flexible mindset

• The Program Officer – Community Mobilization (PO‑CM), MMS Project will work under the supervision of the Deputy Manager/Sr. Program Executive and will be responsible for monitoring and supervising Community Mobilization (CM) and GSM activities in assigned intervention Upazilas/Districts.

• The PO‑CM will provide on‑site mentorship and coaching to Paramedics, CM staff, GSMs and Implementing Partner field staff on SMC products and services, including counseling and selling skills.

• The role includes coordinating with SMC Area Offices to ensure uninterrupted product supply to GSMs including product requisition and product availability for smooth functioning of GSM activities.

• The PO-CM will be based at Strategic Location across the country and closely work with the respective IPs.

• S/he will oversee the selection procedure of the prospective GSMs and also facilitate basic and refreshers training for GSM capacity building.

• S/he will monitor, coordinate and supervise Community Mobilization activities in the field. S/he will be actively involved in planning, budgeting, coordination and logistics management in a timely manner to run Paramedic/CM/GSM activities effectively.

• S/he will also coordinate with other field level program activities.
