  • Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

  • Knowledge of enterprise unit economics, cost structure analysis, and profitability diagnostics.

  • Experience in investment readiness assessment, including basic valuation concepts and risk analysis.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategies, and scenario modelling.

  • Advanced financial modelling and reporting skills using Excel or equivalent tools.

  • Ability to perform sensitivity analysis, scenario simulation, and risk modelling.

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical problem-solving capability.

  • Strategic thinking and structured problem-solving skills.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Excellent documentation skills with strong time management and commitment to deadlines.

Experience Requirements

Job Purpose

The Manager, Finance & Investment Analysis will evaluate & strengthen the financial viability and investment readiness of BRAC’s emerging and early‑stage enterprises. The role provides structured, time‑bound financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, pricing assessment, and investment-readiness evaluations to support strategic decision-making for enterprises

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial models, forecasts, sensitivity analyses and unit economics diagnostics.

  • Assess enterprise viability, pricing models, margins, cost structures and investment readiness.

  • Provide financial insights and validate assumptions in enterprise diagnostics & growth strategy.

  • Produce financial evidence to inform enterprise trade‑offs, go/no-go considerations, growth pathways, and operational decisions.

  • Develop financial dashboards, KPI trackers and post-launch evaluation metrics.

  • Support enterprise teams to strengthen budgeting and financial discipline

  • Document financial learnings across enterprises; contribute to knowledge systems.

  • Ensure financial processes follow safeguarding, ethics, and data protection standards

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
