Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, “Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)” or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate the livelihood operation of project.
∎ Provide technical and supervision to the staff including giving guidance, advice on their work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance.
∎ Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying livelihood skills & income generation opportunities).
∎ Design work plan and manage the implementation of protection and livelihood interventions in the targeted camps and host community.
∎ Lead to develop strategy for Rohingya livelihood activities, with emphasis on responses to the perceived needs.
∎ Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps.
∎ Gather and report marketplace information, communicate organisation message to the communities.
∎ Organise quarterly linkage meeting with local service provider, market committee & value chain actor.
∎ Meeting with private sector, training institutions and local government on explore partnership.
∎ Ensure that M&E frameworks and standards are integrated within the programme and regularly implemented.
∎ Submit monthly and quarterly reports by collection of information and data from the field, data analysis, and reporting documentation.
∎ Provide technical support and ensure staff capacity building.
∎ Work with donor to create ongoing partnership.
∎ Attend and participate in Upazila coordination meeting in Ukhiya & Teknaf.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.
