Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree, preferably in Social Science/Business Studies or relevant discipline.

Job Context:
∎ This position will mainly provide administrative support to the BSA (Bangladesh Society of Anesthesiologists), including, maintaining local filing systems, record-keeping, preparation of agenda, preparing meetings notes, translations, photocopying/filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail. S/he will coordinate with Country Office transport unit to ensure timely and appropriate transport for staffs and consultants. Also provide necessary support in arranging logistics for field visits. S/he will ensure financial bill, voucher and other supporting document and process events` advance and expenses for timely submission to accounts department. S/he will also assist with preparation for external meetings, presentations, and other promotional activity, and participate or support the team as required by processing honorarium, training material, food at different events
∎ Contract length: Up to August 31, 2022
∎ Job Location: Dhaka / BSA Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experiences in relevant field, preferably in NGO/INGO sector.
∎ Preference will be given to experiences in working with MOH&FW, USAID project, NGOs/INGOs.
∎ Sound knowledge on Health System of Bangladesh.
∎ Proven experience of office administrative support, filing systems, record-keeping, preparation of agenda, taking meeting notes etc.
∎ Excellent understanding on logistics management, financial bill, voucher, events' advance and expenses, arranging meetings, training etc.
∎ Proficiency in advanced level MS Office Package
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
