Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and manage the day-to-day functions of the Community Kitchen Project.
Support lead trainer Chef to supervise food preparation, ensuring hygiene, nutrition, and quality control.
Coordinate, motivate, and coordinate support staff and kitchen team.
Arrange and monitor training sessions for kitchen assistants and trainees.
Maintain administrative records, kitchen inventory, and project media and documentation.
Coordinate with management and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Initiate market linkage food festival-related events and activities to promote promotional/ branding of community kitchen sales and building entrepreneurs.
