  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and training program coordination.
  • Proven skills in entrepreneurship development, mentoring, and business incubation are highly desirable.
  • Strong connections within the culinary and hospitality industry will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Reporting to: Project Manager / Program Lead·        

  • Lead and supervise a team of 25 trainers under the Culinary Training Program, ensuring quality and consistency in training delivery.

  • Conduct practical and theoretical sessions to strengthen trainees’ culinary skills and professional discipline.

  • Mentor and coach trainees to develop entrepreneurship and small business startup competencies.

  • Monitor trainee performance, provide continuous guidance, and maintain individual progress records.

  • Collaborate with the project management team on curriculum design, menu development for self-employment, and progress reporting.

  • Facilitate training on entrepreneurship through online and offline platforms to promote business innovation.

  • Organize and participate in cooking events and exhibitions to highlight trainee achievements and promote new chefs.

  • Build and maintain networks within the culinary industry to secure internships, market linkages, and employment opportunities for program graduates.
