Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Opportunity
∎ The Project Officer - C19RM will be responsible for implementation of C19RM of Funding Request (FR-NFM-3) of HIV/AIDS Program in Health, Nutrition and HIV/AIDS Sector. S/he will be responsible to operationalize C19RM work plan activities and budget at SR level, providing assistance to identify program implementation gaps, challenges for improvement plan through using field findings with compare with local scenario. S/he will be responsible for quality development of DIC staff through various capacity building initiatives. S/he will also prepare monthly, quarterly & annual report and documentations (case study, facts sheet etc.) for Global Fund and others as required. In addition to that, the Project Officer will also be responsible for coordination of Implementation sites for day-to-day management in relation to C19RM and its implementation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of relevant working experience including planning, implementation of in a large complex project
∎ Candidates having experience of working in HIV/AIDS and high-risk population will get preference.
∎ Must be ready to travel to field areas as and when required.
∎ Excellent coordination skills to establish efficient working relations
∎ Hands-on experience on develop partnership, particularly with Government, Development Partners, and NGO officials to contribute in National Response on HIV/AIDS program
∎ Demonstrated experience on work plan development and M&E of programs is essential.
∎ Have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office package and practical knowledge on SPSS will be an advantage
