∎ B Sc. Computer Science or appropriate equivalent degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
∎ Participating in and supervising each stage of the project and ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
∎ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
∎ Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
∎ Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
∎ Advanced analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions.
∎ Any other assignment as per management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
∎ Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
∎ Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and company's objectives.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks
