Job Context:
∎ We are a leading outsourcing service providing farm from Chattogram. We`ve been in the industry since 2011 and successfully working with clients from China, USA and Europe. All our projects are computer based and requires certain skills to perform. To manage our growing new projects we are looking for an expert Project Manager with some experience in handling projects with deadline, designing workflow and deliver with quality.
∎ ***Please do not apply if you are not from Chattogram or can not reside in Chattogram for full time work.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take-over projects from clients with to the point details and instructions.
∎ Communicate with Clients from China, USA or Europe.
∎ Have detailed meeting with client's project team regarding the ongoing projects.
∎ Handle a team of production operators who will be working with you in completion of the projects.
∎ Create detailed project report and forecast with overhead estimation, expenses and deadline.
∎ Oversee project requirement and plan accordingly to deliver on time.
∎ Direct technological research by studying project requirement and provide effective solution for operational effectiveness.
∎ Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
∎ Report to operational and production management on daily basis with project completion report and requirements.
∎ Perform other project related tasks that management may assign you to complete.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ You should have excellent English proficiency [ Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening].
∎ Must have excellent Computer skills.
∎ Professional skills on Microsoft Office and reporting.
∎ Must be a Team Player.
∎ Must have operational idea of project management tools.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure and with deadlines.
