- Basic development knowledge (Python, APIs, or similar experience is a plus).
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience leading or managing AI implementation or automation projects.
- Familiarity with business process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to integrate AI into existing business processes and operations.
- Implement, configure, and manage AI tools and automation platforms.
- Develop and optimize internal AI-driven tools and solutions (light development work, not full-scale software engineering).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and propose effective AI-based solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend relevant applications for the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on using AI tools effectively.
- Coordinate with global teams — strong English communication skills are essential.
- Travel internationally for meetings, training, and collaboration as required
