Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience as an Agile Software Project Manager.
∎ Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, MS Project Manager, etc.)
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
∎ Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2, would be advantageous.
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital and IT projects.
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects, preferably within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
∎ Demonstrated experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including software developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
∎ Familiarity with apparel manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive project plans for internal software development and outsourced IT projects.
∎ Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
∎ Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.
∎ Communicate project progress, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
∎ Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project objectives are met.
∎ Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
∎ Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address concerns, and facilitate effective communication.
∎ Identify and assess project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
∎ Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
∎ Ensure a proactive and strategic approach to risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with the QA team to establish and maintain rigorous testing procedures.
∎ SQ Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of internal software development projects and outsourced IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within established timelines and budgets.
