Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning out detailed software projects, which include the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, communication strategies, tests case and maintenance plan.
∎ Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
∎ Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
∎ Discussing potential projects and it's parameters with clients, manager and software developers.
∎ Tracking on going tasks for different developers and keep update each and every task for clients.
∎ Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
∎ Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
∎ Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
∎ Develop, implement and track project performance goals. Communicate progress against deliverables
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ One year or more of experience in working as a Project Manager in a software development company / team.
∎ Professional experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
∎ Thorough understanding of the software development life-cycle.
∎ Strong Interpersonal, Analytical skills.
∎ Ability to write clear fully detailed documents such as feature lists, meeting reports, handover docs, etc. Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams & activities.
∎ Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction while benefiting the company.
∎ Clear Understanding of web based software development & mobile application development process to communicate with developers all the time.
∎ Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.
∎ Advanced organizational/time management and project management skills and multitasking abilities.
