Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define the product vision and strategy, and develop a roadmap to guide the development process
∎ Work closely with the development team to identify and prioritize features and requirements, using customer feedback and market research to inform decision making
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market and aligns with the overall business goals
∎ Lead the development team in their use of agile methodologies such as scrum, managing the product backlog and participating in sprints to ensure that the product is delivered on time and meets quality standards
∎ Monitor and evaluate the progress of the product at each stage of the development process, adjusting and improving as needed to ensure that the product is successful in the market
∎ Conduct market and competitive research to stay up to date on industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
∎ Communicate the product vision and strategy to a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives, and build relationships with key industry players to drive product success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
∎ Strong strategic and creative thinking skills, with the ability to define and execute on a product vision and roadmap.
∎ Experience using agile methodologies and managing a product backlog.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
∎ Experience defining minimum marketable features and minimum viable products, and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
∎ Experience with user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of the product development process.
