Academic and Professional Qualifications Required:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• Proficiency in agile planning methodologies and project management software such as MS Project.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of wood construction methods and materials is an advantage.

Work Experience Required:

• Specialization certification(s) related to construction projects (e.g., LEED, PMP, PRINCE2, CCM) is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in using digital tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• In-depth knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and energy-efficient construction methods is a plus.

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Utilize agile planning methodologies to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders.
• Mentor and coach project team members to foster professional growth and development.
