∎ Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
∎ Define project objectives and deliverables.
∎ Create detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones.
∎ Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
∎ Identify and mitigate project risks.
∎ Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including frontend developers (React.js, Next.js) and backend developers (PHP, Laravel).
∎ Foster collaboration and teamwork among team members.
∎ Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor team performance.
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Clearly communicate project status, risks, and changes to clients.
