Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 (ten) years in the real estate development industry with 03 (three) years experience in seniorlevel supervision and management role.

Additional Requirements:

• Age maximum 45 years (flexible for competent candidate)

• Leadership, team management and organizational skills.

• Attention to details, problem solving and decision making.

• Computer software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, AUTOCAD and mobile phone based monitoring.

• Strong understanding, collaboration, negotiation and reporting skills.

• Proactive approach, positive attitude and commitment to professional integrity.

• Job Location : Corporate office, Banani, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of real estate project development from inception to completion.

• Monitoring the works of obtaining all necessary permits, approval, registration, clearance, certification fromthe related government authorities.

• Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are properly met.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the project teams in performing their respective duties.

• Manage relationship with key stakeholders including government official, local authorities.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with entire development projects.

• Develop and maintains projects schedules and timelines including budget.

• Conduct regular and routine site visit to monitor progresses and address the issues encountered.

• Manage project documentation, records and monitor preparation of project reports to present seniormanagement.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations of real estate projects.

• Ensure high quality standards are maintained throughout the projects.

• Design and develop policies for post construction property management activities.

• Coordinate with teams responsible for marketing and leasing the properties.

• Assist senior management to negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers

• T/A, Mobile Bill.
