• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla.

• Must be skilled in the use of computer including MS office (specially advance excel)

• Should have very good interpersonal skills.

About the Job:

B&T Development Ltd. is a fast growing real estate company and is going to undertake large project very soon. We are looking for Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• This position for a real-estate company so, candidate must have in depth knowledge about Bangladesh real-estate Market.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• To build a team.

• Assist the management in setting strategic goals/targets/objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its operation, market status, profitability, and return on investment.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.

• Sales of Ongoing & Ready Apartments.

• To ensure the achievement of sales target of the company with the help of marketing team.

• Must have knowledge about different regulators requirement to keep company complied.

• Build and maintain a relationship with clients.
