Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
- We are looking for a high-performing and trustworthy Project Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition, revenue growth targets and build our business activities by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our Production & marketing potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Job Responsibility:
- Project management, Project costing, Material management, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, Overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills. Should have the capacity to run projects independently.
- Lead the team of Engineers, Supervisors & Technically Supporting Staff independently who are subordinate.
- Regular monitoring Production, Sales & marketing all activities .
- Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
- Review of safety, serviceability, durability of service.
- Budget preparation and follow up for modification work as per management decision.
- To assist renovation works (as and when required at site).Checking contractor`s bill for additional work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety security in the project area.
- Communication with head office regarding implementation works. Preparing manufacture plan and follow up the plan.
- Supervise project works and Ensuring smooth operation of project activities
