Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years working experiences in the relevant field, including 3 years in management or supervisory position.
∎ Sound working knowledge in child rights and child protection issues in Bangladesh
∎ Having experience of working with marginalized community sex worker, children of sex workers, children affected by HIV/AIDS are preferable.
∎ Excellent skills of participatory program planning, management, monitoring and evaluation within a development NGO or an INGO.
∎ Demonstrate experience in advocacy, research and partnership management.
∎ Technical knowledge on managing most at-risk population (MARP) linked with child vulnerability and protection is highly desirable.
∎ Ability to provide technical support to ensure capacity building of partners.
∎ Demonstrated Skill in budget preparation and management
∎ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
∎ Experience in managing a high-performance team
