Education:

Preferred Qualifications:

• CSM/PSM, PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certifications
• Experience working with international (especially North American) clients
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Trello, Figma, and Slack

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 32 years

• 5–6 years of proven experience in project management

• Minimum 5 successfully delivered software projects (must be demonstrable)

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)

• Expertise in both Project and Product Management processes

• Proficient in Jira management, sprint planning, task tracking, and reporting

• Excellent documentation and business analysis skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Must demonstrate project management templates/tools during the interview

• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and leadership

Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a result-driven Project Manager who will act as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate must have 5–6 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering at least 5 successful projects. You must demonstrate ownership, leadership, and proactive communication to ensure smooth execution of projects, while managing timelines, documentation, and delivery quality.

• You have less than 5 years of full-time project management experience
• You cannot demonstrate successful project delivery proof and templates during the interview
• You do not have strong English communication skills
• You are not willing to work during EST time zone in parallel with BST hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and delivery. Follow Project Management Standard practice.
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, managing expectations, communications, and meetings
• Take full ownership of assigned projects and their deliverables
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (SOW, MoM, project plans, CR forms, Development history, User stories, Specific Jira board, etc.)
• Maintain and manage tasks in Jira, ensuring timely updates and sprint planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and product teams
• Conduct business analysis and help translate client needs into product requirements
• Track project health and progress, and report to management on a weekly basis
• Ensure quality, timeline, and scope are maintained for each project
• Must be willing to work in parallel with EST and BST time zones as per client and team needs
