Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of our online classes, including scheduling, execution, and performance monitoring.
∎ Supervise and support teachers and student groups to ensure smooth and effective online learning experiences.
∎ Provide technical support during live classes and troubleshoot issues as needed.
∎ Collaborate with the HR department to manage employee activities and performance.Analyze and identify opportunities to enhance our LMS platform and course offerings.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute organic social media strategies and ad campaigns.
∎ Act as a liaison between the company and external B2B clients (e.g., coaching centers, educational institutes).
∎ Conduct market and stakeholder analysis to improve outreach and service quality.

∎ We are a rapidly growing online coaching center based in Bangladesh, specializing in government and non-government job preparation courses. Our classes are conducted entirely online via Facebook Live, and we support our operations through a robust Learning Management System (LMS) website. In addition to our education services, we run a digital marketing agency providing LMS software, websites, social media management, and advertising solutions for other online educational institutes.
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of Project Manager & Business Analyst. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders, and driving strategic improvements across our educational and digital service platforms.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
