Additional Requirements:

Specialized Experience: Proven expertise in implementing Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) projects with national or international organizations. (If temporary, specify the duration of employment.)

Technical Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office), Kobo, and other relevant tools.

Training & Capacity Building: 

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA).
  • Organize beneficiary training sessions and assess training impact.
  • Develop training modules, manuals, and curricula.
  • Organize and manage staff training, orientations, and capacity-building events.

Project & Staff Management:

  • Supervise and manage project staff on a daily basis.
  • Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly work plans to ensure timely and effective project implementation.
  • Ensure proper and cost-efficient utilization of project resources.
  • Conduct regular monitoring and timely field visits to oversee project activities.

Awareness & Advocacy:

  • Organize awareness-raising campaigns, community events, and advocacy programs in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, advocacy dialogues, seminars, and symposiums involving government, NGOs, employers, and civil society.

Gender Mainstreaming:

  • Extensive experience integrating gender perspectives into development programming, including design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual) as per project and donor requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational documents and sensitive information.

Liaison & Representation:

  • Maintain effective coordination with relevant government (GO) and non-government (NGO) officials.
  • Represent the organization and assist higher management in need-based organizational activities.
  • Participate in management and donor meetings as required.

Leadership & Cultural Competence:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sensitivity to cultural and diversity issues.
  • Knowledge of the local context in Rohingya communities.
  • Fluency in English and Bengali; knowledge of the Rohingya language will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly plans to ensure effective execution of project activities as outlined in the project document.
  • Lead, guide, and supervise the project team, ensuring coordinated and efficient support for project implementation.
  • Travel frequently to project sites to engage stakeholders and beneficiary communities, ensuring project objectives are met in accordance with agreements with IOM Bangladesh.
  • Maintain regular communication with IOM and BNWLA head office for smooth project execution.
  • Establish and maintain liaison with stakeholders at various levels on project-related matters.
  • Oversee financial and administrative management of project offices/units across multiple locations.
  • Prepare and submit field visit reports, monthly/quarterly project reviews, technical progress reports, and financial reports to BNWLA head office and IOM (Dhaka and local offices).
  • Maintain coordination and linkages with district-level stakeholders.
  • Serve as the program focal point at local project offices.
  • Conduct regular project monitoring and support baseline, end line, and other surveys/research activities.
  • Evaluate and assess the performance of subordinates, providing guidance and support.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions with diverse groups in line with project and organizational objectives.
  • Support project development and technical report writing on relevant issues.
  • Participate in planning for the transfer and transition of project achievements.
  • Provide technical support to project teams to ensure successful attainment of project goals.
  • Contribute to the development of operational tools and intervention models for project implementation.
  • Document lessons learned and best practices to inform future interventions.
  • Ensure program compliance with narrative work plans and budgets.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support project objectives.
