Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define and manage Project scope
∎ Define team members roles & responsibilities
∎ Lead project planning activities
∎ Resource Planning
∎ Prepare & track project budget
∎ Perform Project Tracking
∎ Manage Internal & external stakeholders
∎ Ensure on-time project delivery & customer satisfaction
∎ Communicates Project Status to relevant stakeholders
∎ Conduct Project Meetings
∎ Perform project initiation & closing activities
∎ Team motivation
∎ Identify risks, prepare risk plans and implement accordingly
∎ On time escalation of issues to relevant stakeholders
∎ Prepare Project documentation and update regularly
∎ Ensure Effective Change Control
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working with Agile Project Methodology will be added advantage
∎ Working experience in Project Management Tools
∎ Must be very organized, methodical and be able to multi-task
∎ Must be able to manage multi projects with different stakeholders
∎ Great interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
∎ Proficiency in English
