∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify issues and resolve in short time
∎ Analysis different types of Report and Prepare Tracker File and circulate mails.
∎ Supervise Shop floor operators
∎ Business as usual support.
∎ Trouble Shooting, Identify the issue and escalating with right group
∎ Frequently visit to British American Tobacco Bangladesh Factory
∎ Coordinate with L2 and L3 team for any kind of Business Requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Shifting Duty
∎ Strong in analytical and communication ability.
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven, result-oriented, hard-working.
∎ Sound Computer Knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
∎ Fluent in Spoken & written English
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
