Project Management

IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ SPOC for all sorts of communication with clients
∎ Requirement gathering from clients
∎ Define and control project scope
∎ Leading project planning sessions
∎ Control project budget
∎ Risk Analysis & develop risk plan
∎ Track project progress and adapt work as required
∎ Develop and manage project team
∎ Ensure project deadline is met
∎ Ensure project quality
∎ Evaluate Team members
∎ Weekly reporting to relevant stakeholders/top management on project progress
∎ Track Project Issues
∎ Ability to manage projects using different mythologies- Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall etc.
∎ Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
∎ Evaluate the success of the project against its benchmarking and share lessons or best practice
∎ with the team
∎ Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and available for the project- Project Inception
∎ Document, SRS, Project plan, Solution Architecture, Design document, Risk Mitigation Plan, Project Tracking Report, Lesson Learned etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Language Proficiency: Fluent in English & Bengali (Both Reading and Writing)
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and logical thinking
∎ Experience using Project Management Tools
∎ Excellent in documentation
∎ Multi-tasking ability
