Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 06 years' experience, preferably in the field of education sector including 3 years in management position
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding of development programs planning, implementation and develop monitoring tools.
∎ Proven experience of partnership management and GoB.
∎ Prior experience in project management/program coordination.
∎ Demonstrate experience in managing fund/budgets and clear understanding in MEAL
∎ Ability to monitor and evaluate the project and maintain program performance
∎ Preference will be given to demonstrated working experience in Chittagong Division/Cox's Bazar district, knowledge of Chittagonian language is a plus.
∎ Ability and willingness to regular field visit, as this role demands extensive travel to project implementing area
∎ Excellent proven skills required: Analytical, administrative, multi-task, mentoring.
