∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
∎ Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Climate risk insurance management under the project CRI planning, designing, implementation and monitoring.
∎ Coordination with different insurance companies.
∎ Communicate with DMCs, insurance stakeholders & build their awareness on climate risk insurance.
∎ Collect data to select potential beneficiaries on the CRI;
∎ Settle BNF’s premium & payment
