• The individual should have experience in end-to-end project management of Transmission line projects at least 132kV.
• He should have experience to resolve key issues, handle execution challenges of Transmission Lines (Statutory/ROW/ Regulatory)
• The person from EPC background will be preferred to manage risks & opportunities and to complete project within deadlines by leading team (specially site construction team) to complete scope as per contractual terms with support from engineering and procurement.
• He should have worked at least 2 projects as in charge for transmission line tower erection, testing and commissioning.
• He should have experience of stringing /ACCC or equivalent conductor at least one project as in charge.
• Coordinate with Employer, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Requirements:

• 7 years for BSc Engineer /10 years for Diploma Engineer of experience in civil or electrical engineering with expertise in foundation work, stringing operations, testing & commissioning (T&C), site engineering/execution/erection commissioning of high-voltage transmission lines (132kV and above).
• BSc /Diploma degree from a recognized institution (preferably Civil or Electrical).

• Manage site engineering and Head Office activities for transmission line projects, ensuring timely completion of the project-Jamalpur, Tangail, Sirajganj

• Mobile bill,Performance bonus
• Salary Review: Yearly
• Festival Bonus: 2

1. 02 (Two) Nos. Festival Bonus (50% of Gross Salary in Each Bonus) per year/ After job conformation.
