- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of building maintenance and construction quality standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth market operations and proper maintenance of the shopping mall.
Monitor and maintain the quality of under-construction works.
Supervise and manage security staff and other personnel.
Build and maintain effective communication with shop tenants and rental takers.
Communicate with Rajuk personnel to ensure compliance with instructions.
Prepare reports and submit them to the market committee regularly.
Perform any other related tasks as required by the market committee.
