Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure hotline on call support on time and pick assigned calls within defined SLA.
∎ End user's L1 incident troubleshooting and ensure fast call resolution (FCR) to resolve issues.
∎ Ensure Customer Satisfaction through quality delivery; meet defined SLAs of CSAT.
∎ On-time email response and ensure response with proper and standard way.
∎ Handle request of employee Onboarding and off boarding as per customer request.
∎ Ensure daily ticketing reporting as per customer requirement and knowledge regarding advance report generating for adhoc requirement.
∎ Cross functional communications and follow-up with local and global teams to raise issue and resolve escalated issues on time.
∎ Ensure compliance in respective service and support areas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under stress and able to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner.
∎ Develop Customer Centric Attitude, share knowledge within team to reduce issues.
