The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team in all phases of design and construction interventions. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks` completion. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare project schedule and project proposals including estimation/ BoQ.

• Prepare CAD drawings

• Coordinate and support the team as needed.

• Work independently and under minimal supervision.

• Manage vendors and review bills

• Liaising between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients. 

Qualifications

• At least 3 years` experience for candidates completing B.Sc. in Civil Engineering

• At least 7 years` experience for candidates completing Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Management, Consultancy, AutoCAD

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Real Estate, and Construction.

• Should have exposure to Electro-Mechanical, Fire Fighting works, bill checking, quantity estimation of materials, shuttering, and finishing works.

• Should be able to manage vendors and review bills. Prepare project schedule, and project proposals including estimation/ BoQ

• Experience in LEED-certified factory implementation will be an asset.

• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards

Additional Requirements

• Energetic, confident and proactive

• Excellent knowledge on International codes & standards

• Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)

• Should have knowledge in Excel, MS Project would be beneficial
