• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential/commercial construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, design interpretation, quality control, and procurement.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.

Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile real estate developments. This pivotal role demands a strategic leader with deep expertise in construction oversight, multi-stakeholder coordination, procurement and logistics management, and rigorous quality assurance. The Project Director will ensure all project deliverables are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget—translating design vision into tangible, market-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Coordination

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover.

• Supervise and monitor contractors/third parties to ensure work is carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and timelines.

• Coordinate between architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics

• Oversee the sourcing of materials, equipment, and services in line with project needs and budgets.

• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products at competitive prices.

• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to prevent project delays.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for all project deliverables.

• Ensure all works meet safety, environmental, and building code standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections and address deviations from approved plans.

Budget & Timeline Management

• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and schedules.

• Monitor cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency without compromising quality.

• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or overruns.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

• Provide regular progress updates to senior management and the board.

• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
