• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• Age At least 22 years

• 5-7 years of experience in automation, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.

Project Management & Commissioning:

• Oversee installation testing and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and utility systems. Manage contractors and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.

Maintenance & Operations:

• Responsible for the schedule maintenance of all machines and equipment of the Food and Beverage company.

• Keeping equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer`s instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.

• Ensure proper functioning of mechanical equipment’s like pump, compressors, generator, fire pump, chain conveyor, motors & gear box etc.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns swiftly to minimize production downtime.

• To ensure the maintenance of machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.

• Ensure minimum downtime through preventive maintenance and relevant reporting.

Utility System Management:

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of utilities including Chiller, AC, compressed air and steam systems.

Spare Parts Management:

• Ensure a safe stock of spare parts in store for individual plant equipment’s.

Safety & Documentation:

• Ensurecompliancewithallsafetyregulationsmaintainaccuratemaintenance logs and document project progress.
