Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals.

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
