• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture, Product Design, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in product design, architectural visualization, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Sketchup and Autocad is mandatory.
• Experience with Lumion, Twinmotion and VRay is greatly preferred.
• Proven expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and design presentation.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, procurement, and logistics processes in product or architectural design.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and quality control practices.

Job Overview

We are looking for an innovative and skilled Senior Architect who will lead Product Design to spearhead the design and execution of our architectural and product concepts. In this role, you will take the lead in creating compelling designs, 3D visualizations, and renderings, while coordinating critical processes such as sourcing, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance.

As a key member of the Product Design team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence, efficiency, and alignment with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Visualization

• Lead the creation of conceptual designs, 3D models, and high-quality renderings that align with the vision of the Product Design Director.
• Translate creative ideas into tangible design solutions that are both innovative and functional.
• Review and refine designs to ensure alignment with Consultants, client requirements, brand identity, and project goals.

Project Coordination

• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of designs into production and execution stages.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.

Sourcing, Procurement & Logistics

• Identify and source materials, finishes, and fixtures, ensuring the selection meets design specifications and budgetary requirements.
• Work with the procurement team to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective sourcing.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and availability of design components.

Quality Assurance

• Monitor the implementation of designs to ensure adherence to quality, aesthetic, and functional standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations and site visits to resolve design-related issues and ensure project alignment.
• Provide input to improve the production and execution processes for enhanced efficiency.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Work closely with the Product Design Director to align projects with the overall product design strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to showcase design capabilities and outcomes.
