Responsibilities & Context:
Client & Business Development
Handle inbound and outbound client communications, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals
Support the marketing and sales team in identifying new opportunities and converting leads into projects
Field & Project Coordination
Conduct site visits, preliminary assessments, and client consultations
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution coordination
Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication between stakeholders
Technical Growth Responsibilities (Future Scope)
Participate in plant layout preparation, system sizing, and technical documentation
Support engineering teams in project design, optimization, and commissioning activities
Develop expertise in renewable energy project design and management
