Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor of Architecture from IAB accredited Universities.

• 3 to 4 years

Software Skills Requirements:

• Autodesk Auto CAD 2D
• Trimble Sketch Up / Modeling
• V-Ray for Sketch Up/Enscape

Experience & Special Abilities Requirements:

• Anyone who does not know Trimble Sketch Up & V-Ray/Enscape for Sketch Up need not to apply.
• Should possess advance knowledge and understanding of exterior and interior design.
• Must have adequate knowledge in exclusive residential building design.
• Having sound knowledge of conceptual design, design development and construction drawing                   preparation.
• Excellent visual and graphic presentation skills and expertise in design software.
• Key initiative planning and execution.
• Having relevant work experience in consultancy firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
• Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative & result oriented.
• Able to cope with clients requirements under immense pressure.

Job Context:

Cascade Architects Ltd is looking for an efficient Architect who has sound knowledge on Architecture and Interior design.

Job Responsibilities:

• 2D and 3D drawing preparation.
• Prepared detailed architectural drawings for all type of projects such as residential, commercial,   Industrial, and create architectural visualization. 
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building usage and environment impacts.
• Visit the site resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Cope up with client’s requirement’s and follow up.

Salary Review: Frequency Monthly phone bill allowance. Performance Bonus Two times a year festival bonus
