Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture/ Equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 2D and 3D drawing preparation.
∎ Prepared Architectural 2D & 3D design of all of present and proposed projects of the company by using Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop.
∎ Prepare design approval sheet with consultation of principal Architects.
∎ Prepare working drawing of interior work.
∎ Cope up with client's requirement's and follow up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Autodesk Auto CAD 2D
∎ Trimble Sketch Up .
∎ V-Ray for Sketch Up
∎ Must have sound knowledge in contemporary Drawing.
∎ Must be well conversant in using Auto CAD, Photoshop, V-ray and other update software.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in interior decorations.
∎ Key initiative planning and execution.
∎ Having relevant work experience in consultancy firms are strongly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative & result oriented.
∎ Able to cope with clients requirements under immense pressure.

Salary: Negotiable
