Responsibilities & Context:
Search and monitor tender notices from platforms such as Bangladesh e‑Government Procurement (e‑GP) System, newspapers, and company portals.
Prepare and compile complete tender documents, technical proposals, and financial proposals.
Coordinate with engineers, estimators, and management for preparing BOQ, technical specifications, and supporting documents.
Ensure all documents meet the tender requirements and submission deadlines.
Maintain proper records of submitted tenders and related documentation.
Prepare company documents such as trade license, VAT certificate, TIN, bank solvency, and experience certificates.
Handle tender submission through online portals and manual submissions.
Maintain a database of previous tenders, project credentials, and certificates.
