Responsibilities & Context:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Extensive/through knowledge on project detailing (Must-have requirement)
* Need to have comprehensive knowledge of RAJUK, Cantonment Board, City Corporation and other rules and regulations.
* Prepare and revise technical drawings using CAD.
* Assist Engineers and Architects in Developing Drawings for construction.
* Incorporate comments, revisions, and site feedback into drawings accurately
* Maintain proper records, version control, and drawing registers.
* Support preparation of as –built drawings and related documentation
* Coordinate with design and site teams for clarification and timely delivery of drawings
* Any other tasks assigned by management.
