• Manage and supervise daily operations of all utility systems, including electrical distribution, water systems, HVAC, boilers, compressors, and generators.

• Ensure continuous and reliable supply of utilities to support production and washing operations.

• Plan, schedule and prioritize maintenance work and repairs to maintain continuous production.

• Ensure timely response to breakdowns and emergency repairs to minimize troubles.

• Capability to Set schedules, assign tasks and ensure team meets performance and safety targets.

• Monitor energy and utility consumption, analyze performance data, and implement energy-saving initiatives.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all utility equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work including work orders/Requisition, inspections, asset inventory, downtime reports, and safety checks.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, and management teams for shutdown planning, spare parts procurement, vendor management, and machine installation.

• Capability to Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and control costs.

• Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate contracts for services and parts, and monitor contractor performance.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety standards and international audit requirements including RSC, Nirapon, and LEED guidelines.
