Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS), preferably with Masters in Public Health (MPH)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in working in public health sector, preferably in maternal and child health, family planning, universal health coverage, and communicable diseases control, including 4 years in management role
∎ Demonstrated expertise in coordination and providing technical support to MOHFW
∎ Excellent understanding of MOHFW structures, systems, policies and procedures
∎ Experienced in managing relationships with multiple donors, including USAID
∎ Proven experience in partner, budget, employee management
∎ Sound knowledge on Health System of Bangladesh
∎ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure, motivated and willingness to work within a team
