Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, coordination and implementation
∎ Project staff coordination & management
∎ Conceptualizing HH food security and nutrition,
∎ Business development facilitation and coordination
∎ Facilitate to develop project approach to implement with field team.
∎ Project financial management
∎ Capacity building of staff, relevant stakeholders and participants
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation & preparing report
∎ Analyze IGA and value chain,
∎ Developing training Modules, tools and other materials
∎ Capacity building of Field Officers, Contact Women, SHG, Input Retailers, Traders and other relevant market actors
∎ Communication, networking and linkages for business development
∎ Monitoring, evaluation and documentation regarding IGA
∎ Contribute to effective project implementation
∎ Project duration: Up to 31 December 2020
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years field experiences on different project coordination & management
∎ Skill in project planning, implementing and budgeting.
∎ Clear understanding on Peoples Centered Advocacy.
∎ Has demonstrated abilities in working with project strategic planning.
∎ Has strong team management & coordination skill
∎ Has knowledge on community mobilization activities.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
