Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Project planning, budgeting and Implementation
∎ Ensure effective planning and budgeting for Shushilan –REE CALL 2021 Project.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly work plan to accomplish the targeted project activities.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of component wise activities.
∎ Monitor field activities on regular basis.
∎ Share ideas with stakeholders on planning and implementation strategies.
∎ Ensure team approach in planning and implementation
∎ Management of financial and administrative activities
∎ Monitor and review the budget of Shushilan’s -(Empowered) Project on regular basis.
∎ Assist mother office in preparation of project financial reports as required.
∎ Manage administrative issues of Shushilan -REECALL 2021 Project
∎ Foster a participatory and enabling environment in the field.
∎ Initiate appropriate disciplinary measures as and when necessary.
∎ Liaison, networking and coordination
∎ Ensure effective liaison among the stakeholders.
∎ Building effective network with service provider organizations and community based organizations.
∎ Create effective community networking.
∎ Ensure coordinating and collaborative efforts in project Implementation.
∎ Management Communication
∎ Share the update project information and receive necessary feedback/suggestion to implement the project effectively.
∎ Assist the management to supervise the project activities.
∎ Update project financial implication and have necessary approval.
∎ Reporting
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, six monthly and yearly financial and activity report.
∎ Prepare and submit issue based activity reports.
∎ Analyze and compile the component wise report.
∎ Posting place: Munshiganj, Shyamnagar, Satkhira

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05 year's experience at Managerial works including clear understanding about rural and urban development & Disaster Risk Management.
∎ Skill in project planning, implementing and budgeting.
∎ Good knowledge on Community Managed DRR.
∎ Clear understanding on Peoples Centered Advocacy.
∎ Computer knowledge on MS Office, MS Excel and Power Point.
∎ Has demonstrated abilities in working with project strategic planning.
∎ Has strong team management skill
∎ Has knowledge on community mobilization activities.
∎ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 45360 - 48989 (Monthly)
