∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in an IT/software environment.
∎ Strong command of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
∎ Familiarity with Jira or other project tracking tools.
∎ Solid understanding of project management principles and life cycles.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Flexibility to work across BD and EST time zones.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You are a fresher with no real-world experience in project coordination or project management.
∎ You have zero knowledge of project management tools, processes, or documentation.
∎ You are not confident in speaking English fluently.
∎ Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and delivering projects on time.
∎ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and task follow-up.
∎ Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
∎ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, task trackers, and risk logs.
∎ Facilitate meetings and document action items, decisions, and next steps.
∎ Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and updates.
∎ Track tasks and progress in tools like Jira or similar project management software.
∎ Identify bottlenecks or risks and escalate when necessary to ensure project health.
