At least 5 year of experience as Project Coordinator or a similar role

Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he will act a Focal person of the project being well conversant with the project's goal and objectives to be achieved.
∎ Develop Project Implementation Plan and execute accordingly.
∎ Ensure deployment of skilled and trained staffs according to their positions.
∎ Perform day to day management and operation of the project.
∎ Provide guidance and supports to project staffs to perform their duties as per given job description and programmatic guideline.
∎ Ensure supportive supervision and monitor to all activities of the project and provide necessary feedback to the respective officials for their further improvement.
∎ Conduct weekly and monthly staff meetings along to review progress as per set objective and target.
∎ Ensure the submission of quality reports, including financial analysis, inventory and others related information to all relevant points.
∎ Others:
∎ Regular user of Computer, E-mail & Internet with skilled and confidentiality
∎ The incumbent is expected to have excellent fluency in written and oral communication skills both Bangla and English.
∎ If any complex found that, then as early as possible communicate with senior management. Besides this maintain organization rules and regulation and encourage to other staffs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have minimum of 10 years' experience in the similar field with minimum 5 years in senior level position.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated monthly salary Tk. 65,000-80,000 based on experiences candidates. As per project allocation.
