Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Demonstrated expertise in developing ERPs (such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or others).
Programming language expertise (depending on the ERP platform, Python, Java, C#, or.NET).
Strong familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and APIs.
Familiarity with customizing ERP modules (such as CRM, Finance, HR, Inventory, and Supply Chain).
Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
The capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
ERP certification (such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP ABAP, Oracle NetSuite, or Odoo certification).
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems.
Familiarity with reporting tools and business intelligence (BI).
Knowledge of Scrum or Agile approaches.
Responsibilities & Context:
Overview of the Position:
To join our expanding team, we are seeking a qualified ERP Developer. In order to optimize business processes, the ideal candidate will possess practical experience in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will develop solutions that meet organizational needs and increase productivity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, modify, and set up ERP modules in accordance with business needs.
Create and carry out ERP systems and other business application integrations.
By keeping an eye on, debugging, and improving system procedures, you can sustain ERP performance.
Examine business needs and create technical fixes.
Produce technical documentation, such as reports, workflows, and system specifications.Assure data integrity, ERP system security, and adherence to corporate guidelines.
Create and manage unique ERP data analytics, dashboards, and reports.
Give ERP users technical assistance and training.
Update, patch, and upgrade ERP software on a regular basis.
